기본적인 미국식 케이크로, 19세기에 베이킹파우더 등 화학적 발효제의 개발에 따라 영국의 전통적인 파운드케이크를 폭신폭신한 버터케이크로 발전시켰습니다.

What's the difference between a regular butter cream cake and a GFDA butter cream flower cake? A traditional butter cream cake is a western butter cream cake iced with butter cream as decoration and piped into plain ribbon decoration.

GDFA Butter Cream Flower Cake is different and looks better. It is one step further advanced version of traditional western buttercream cake in that GFDA butter cream cake is topped with nicely defined design of delicate and real life looking colorful bean paste flowers created using the same techniques and skills employed when we make the traditional Korean bean paste flower cake.
