글로벌 플라워 디자인 협회는 앙금 플라워, 버터크림 플라워, 떡케익, 빵케익 등의 다양한 재료를 이용해 세계적으로 다양한 케이크 디자인의 예술성을 널리 알리고 대중화를 실현하고자 설립되었습니다.

Association Overview
Welcome to Global Flower Design Association, the true global leader in education of bean paste flower design and cake decoration. Global Flower Design Association is founded in oder to widely usher and popularize beam paste flower cake by offering courses and custom fit programs in beam paste flower cake, butter cream flower cake, rice cake and bread cake. Students and teachers from all over the world visit GFDA to learn bean paste flower design and cake decoration or sharpen their already well advanced professional skills. Handful of our students are teachers or well known professionals in the craft and flower cake business and industry.
The highly regarded programs and courses offered worldwide by Global Flower Design Association have helped many students and teachers around the world create impressive and creative bean paste flower design. The Cakehouse &Lim School of Bean Paste Flower Art, the educational institute of GFDA has educated many students from all over the world including China and south east Asian countries. Our faculties are known worldwide and well recognized in the the industry and solely devoted to the education of icing, piping, cake decoration and art of cake flower design.
The certificate of the course is issued to the students who have successfully completed the program. However, the members of our association are not limited in learning cake flowers. Even after completion of the courses, they continually communicate with each other across the countries and exchange valuable information about the flower design and thereby further sharpen their knowledge and skills of creative cake flower design and decoration.
We offer various programs from beginning and intermediate which cover basic skills such as icing and piping the flowers to advanced program where teachers and professionals can sharpen their understanding and mastery of fully covered art of bean paste flower design and cake decoration. GFDA is truly committed to the worldwide spread of value and beauty of bean paste flower design through international exchange and cooperation.
